Exceptional Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was eager to please. Our room was clean and charming. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel! the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surroundings. the location was perfect, close to all the key attractions and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few things that were disappointing. the air conditioning in our room did not work, and despite informing the staff, it was not resolved.

Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean rooms and hotel. Location on the canal in a nice area: Beautiful surroundings on the small canals. Close to Madonna dell Orto boat station: Within a 5-minute walking distance. Helpful staff: Very friendly and helpful staff.

It's a great location as it's away from the more crowded areas, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean and modern bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, welcoming guests with a smile. The breakfast is continental and delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

One minor downside is that the private tour we booked had more people than expected, making it a bit crowded and limiting the view. However, this is a small issue compared to the overall success of the trip.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also had a bar where the barman made fantastic cocktails. The view from the hotel was stunning, overlooking the canals and the beautiful city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet canal away from the crowds but still close to all the bars and restaurants. The room was cozy and warm, and the modern, clean bathroom was a plus. The highlight of my stay was the helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They even offered a free boat ride to the famous island of Murano. Although I had to find my own way back, it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.

The room was fantastic and clean every day. Receptionists and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to bars and restaurants but still quiet. Comfortable bed and Moroccan vibe. Plentiful breakfast to start the day. Nice extras like a balcony and water taxi.
