Really good Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was eager to please. Our room was clean and charming. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay.

The location was perfect, close to all the key attractions and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay enjoyable.

One minor downside is that the private tour we booked had more people than expected, making it a bit crowded and limiting the view. However, this is a small issue compared to the overall success of the trip.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet canal away from the crowds but still close to all the bars and restaurants. The room was cozy and warm, and the modern, clean bathroom was a plus. The highlight of my stay was the helpful staff were pretty good to ensure I had a great experience. They even offered a free boat ride to the famous island of Murano. Although I had to find my own way back, it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and really good service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.

The room was fantastic and clean every day. Receptionists and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to bars and restaurants but still quiet. Comfortable bed and Moroccan vibe. Plentiful breakfast to start the day. Nice extras like a balcony and water taxi.
